The Anatomy of Sin

January 29, 2026

By Sara Ronnevik

With Lent beginning in a couple of weeks, I am sharing my new book “The Anatomy of Sin” which is a discipleship book for Christians. As I have grown in my faith, I have come to crave this season of quiet reflection and repentance. I long for more understanding of what Christ did for me on the cross, to see my sin for as bad as so that I can see Jesus’ suffering on my behalf for as good as it is.

Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God. Hebrews 12:1-2

Below is a PDF of the book that you can download and save to your computer or send to an e-reader. You can email a pdf to the email address for your e-reader. (If you haven’t done this before, you can look up the instructions by searching “email to kindle” or the type of reader you own). This will contain all of the content of the book, but it is not formatted for e-readers and so it will do some odd things with the spacing etc.

I also have an ePub file that works well on e-readers. For the ePub click here: Anatomy of Sin EPUB Once you download this file you can email it to your e-reader. The printed book is aslo available on Amazon.
